Hi, I'm the Big Helper! I have been to so many "About Us" pages and they all seem to say the same thing. Since I work on a one to one basis, I would like for you to know about Help Me Sully on a one to one basis.
Let's start with the preliminaries. My birth given name is not The Big Helper. My name is Maude Sullivan (pronounced Maw-dee). I have been doing software support and training for over 16 years now. I started as an Administrative Assistant to the General Manger of a major corporation. He was very "self sufficient", leaving me with little to do. Windows 95 had just been released so I took the opportunity to learn this on my own. I quickly found that software came very natural to me. I took a few classes of computer programming in college using DOS (and no, contrary to popular belief, it is NOT dead!), and progressed with the times into Windows. It was much the same with the software programs I use today. I am a firm believer that hands on experience is what makes the master.

Getting back to The Big Helper. The Help Me Sully logo? That came from my mom! God rest her soul. I am the baby of 6 kids. All too often I felt alone and afraid. My mom drew this picture on a piece of paper and told me to keep it with me. She said he was peeking at me to watch over me and whatever I needed he would be my Big Helper! "Help Me" pretty much is self explanatory! I hear this on a daily basis from all my customers, co-workers and friends just trying to get their work done and the computer or software just won't cooperate!! Sully? Well, I am happily married to "Sully" and have been for 23 years and growing. We are best friends, co workers, lovers, teachers…business owners! We have 4, God gifted, unbelievable sons. The oldest is a successful insurance professional in Arizona. He is newly married to a beautiful woman and claims he will be starting his own Sullivan lineage soon. There is one becoming a Marine at Parris Island right now, one striving to be a fire fighter and one that has interest in game design as well as culinary arts. So there you have it!! Not too much information and not too vague. If there is more you want to know, just ask! Oh, one more thing. I am not the type to brag on the caliber of my professional affiliations. I am very proud to have the opportunity to work with each and every entity. I just don't believe I need to put it out there right in your face. I am not this good because I worked for these companies, I have worked for these companies because I am this good. So, I have put a "Braggin Rights" button below in case this is something you expected to read in our About Us!

Hi, I'm Mark A. Sullivan Sr. a.k.a. "Sully". I"m slightly Irish and the son of a lifelong steelworker! I am not the original or only Sully in my family. I hail from a line of Sully's including my Father and my Brother, God rest their souls. As you can probably tell from the picture on your right, I am obviously a Raiders fan... LOL, so please try to keep your computers healthy during Steeler games. Just kidding!
Maude and I have been working together as a team for 23 years, 17 of which have been in the I.T. industry. I set hands on my first computer in 1976. There have been a LOT of changes in the I.T. support and development fields in those years and only those who adapt and change with it survive. We have produced this website in order to help you have a much easier transition as the computer

world continues to evolve around us. We are not your normal computer geeks! We want and expect to help you on a one to one personal basis. We don't believe in doing it for you. If you want to know how it works or what makes it tick we'll teach you! On the other hand, if you are buried in your work and you simply need a professional to "get it handled" then you have come to the right place for that as well!

Seriously folks, this isn't really me on this button!! However, it is a "Braggin Button" so I am using this opportunity to brag on a few things. One, the body is actually my oldest son's. He is a power lifter and currently working towards Strongman. This is an older picture and he is even bigger now! Two, click on the button and I will take you to a page where I brag about my professional resume so to speak. And three...well, I obviously know enough about PhotoShop to be dangerous, so I might even be able to help you with something in that software too!!
